George McMahon Role: Chairman


George, the founder of West Coast Furniture Bank, is a Mental Health Nurse who attends South Beach Baptist Church in Saltcoats. Hailing from Northern Ireland, he now resides in Stevenston with his wife Fiona and their two daughters. As the central pillar of WCFB, George is the primary communicator, managing relationships with partner organizations and contacts.


Fiona McMahon  Role: Secretary


Fiona, married to George, is a mother to two daughters and two Yorkies. Her career spans several years in retail management, over two decades in the Quality department at GSK, and a role as a Learning & Development Consultant for a prominent children's charity. In addition to her duties as Project Manager and trustee for the charity, she tutors with the North Ayrshire Council. Fiona has also dedicated 18 years as a panel member on the Children's Panel, including seven years as a tutor.


Iain Preston  Role: Vice Chairman


Iain, originally from Airdrie, is now married and resides in Ardrossan while participating in the Townhead Christian Fellowship in Stevenston. He contributes extensive experience in business, organizational, and charitable management from the medical equipment, public relations, and media industries. His expertise encompasses training, product and project development, fundraising, strategic planning, operational advancement, and governance. As a Director of Revival FM, Scotland's largest community radio station, Iain plays a key advisory role in guiding and shaping the future of WCFB.
